Diamonds on my Windshield
Bloody cold this morning as I coaxed life out of the still-in-the-doghouse motor vehicle that lives outside my front door. Jack Frost had been out and about during the wee small hours, sprinkling diamond dust here, there and everywhere. A fast-weakening autumn sun shone like blazes all over. Everything sparkled like something Eartha Kitt would wear whilst belting 'em out at The Palladium. It was Friday. It was gorgeous and I'd left Dearest - in her lovely satin pajamas - snoozing peacefully as I drove to work.I finished at 1:20-ish and came home to assemble the first ever "corned beef hash" I ever made in my life. Do you know what ? It was a bloody triumph ! I am offically chuffed to buggery. (That should pull in some weird googles ;-))
Flash, Bang, Wallop. What a Picture
I've added a link to some photographs that I've messed about with in Photoshop over the past few years.Somwhere on the right, in my "have a look at" section, you will see a link to "Sensitive Light". Get yourselves over there and have a look at this guy's pics. They are fabulous. Very inspiring. When I look at them I always want to get out there, Don McCullin-like shooting stunning landscapes, candid sanps of strangers capturing the *decisive moment* and generally just being excellent.
Sadly, I am generally devoid of excellence. But isn't it great just getting *out there* and having a go ?
