It looks like Blackpool's getting the message. Personally I think it's too late. It should never have started in the first place. The hotel and guest house owners are finally waking up to the monster they've helped to create as well. I'm still doubtful about this recent "golden age" of family friendliness. Its always been a dump (well...perhaps not at the turn of the century when it first developed into "seaside resort").
Still, it's good to know they're not taking it lying down. They've brought in a team of consultants ! The Mission Statement won't be far behind.
